  • When posting a job, firms create PQQs along with corresponding correct answers.  The PQQs can be multiple choice, true/false or yes/no. When a job seeker applies to a job, they will be required to answer these questions.  The system then automatically calculates a score based on the percentage of questions answered correctly.  Scores are ranked helping you decide which complete profile and resume you’d like to view.
