A site that hasn’t even launched yet is promising to revolutionize recruiting by using a model that will change the way employers find job seekers and how job seekers network.
HireFinders claims it will have several innovative features, but the company is remaining tight-lipped about the details of those features until the site launches later this summer. The site claims to be an innovative recruiting platform that will help employers and job seekers find each other. HireFinders is planning a private beta launch in July and a public launch in August.

According to Founder Todd Kosik, HireFinders will provide a fast, effective and enjoyable way for employers and job seekers to easily interact. The site will be made up of innovative features, cutting-edge Web technology, a streamlined interface and total confidentiality.

“Employers and job seekers alike can look forward to an easier and more efficient way to find one another,” Kosik said.
Once it launches, job seekers will have free access to the site and employers can use the site for free for six months. The site also promises total confidentiality. There will be no resume database and job seekers will have the ability to always know the status of their submissions.

Some features that the company is letting out of the bag prior to the site’s launch include: social networking capability; proprietary technology that allows employers to pre-screen and score applicants; reusable and refreshable job slots; an employer service for uploading job data; an applicant tracking system; job seeker status and job alerts and employer e-mail alerts.
