Todd Kosik
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Kosik is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, product development and growth.
Spending 12 years in the recruitment industry, Kosik discovered that traditional job boards lacked the features necessary for employers and job seekers to easily interact. More importantly, he felt that what career sites needed the most was a human recruiting element or a "beyond-the-technology" recruiting service.
Kosik's solution was to build a next generation job portal from the ground up that vastly improved user features. For employers - an affordable, social recruiting platform integrated with private messaging, screening and filtering capability. For job seekers - a publicly advertised anonymous profile, easy interface, confidentiality, an enjoyable platform, private messaging capability, real-time status tracking and the ability to directly connect to the decision makers themselves including hiring managers, corporate recruiters & HR professionals.
In 1996, Kosik started his career as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Global Computer Associates of NY. In 1998, he became the Managing Director of Emtek Solutions where he built an IT consulting practice from the ground up. In 1999, he started iNexus Group with a partner that offered IT recruiting and consulting services. In addition, iNexus also hosted the first ever career fair exclusively for the dot com company called the Job Mob. Job Mob hosted 60 dot com companies, was featured on Bloomberg TV and was held at the World Trade Center on September 14, 2000.
Since 2001, Kosik has spent the last 7 years at HCR Group building a successful multi-million dollar technology recruiting and consulting company. He has dedicated most of 2009 building upon his vision of HireFinders.
He has a BA in International Relations from University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Audrey Chernoff
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Chernoff is responsible for the overall marketing and advertising.
As a Recruiter/Account Manager, Chernoff has placed everyone from Welders to .Net Architects. Listed as number 9 on the top 50 list of recruiters who use Twitter, Chernoff was an early adopter of social networking to source for passive candidates and has a knack of finding high level candidates. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Chernoff gained much of her extensive 20+ years of marketing experience owning a successful retail gift shop and a massage therapy practice. She is an avid reader of marketing books and maintains the blog for HCR Group.
Chernoff has an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing and Psychology.
Roy Greenberg
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Greenberg is responsible for the overall technology.
Greenberg has extensive experience in Information Technology leading development, operations and administrative teams through all phases of large-scale technology development projects, including eCommerce and eBusiness start-up and expansion. His experience incorporates Publishing, Finance, Insurance, and Emerging Technologies for Fortune 500 companies, Global Media companies, Technology start-ups, and non-profits.
He has more than 15 years of recruiting experience with over 10 years as a hiring manager and 5 years of agency experience.
Greenberg has a B.A. in Mathematics from University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Jason Valdina
Product Strategy & Design Advisor
As an accomplished product strategy and design consultant, Valdina brings 13+ years of experience in user/consumer research and user experience strategy to HireFinders.com. Mr. Valdina’s past consulting efforts have been devoted to large-scale research and design projects for major international brands ranging from Polaroid and BIC to the Museum of Modern Art and Deloitte Touch Tomatsu. Mr. Valdina has held design and strategy leadership positions for media giants America Online and Vivendi/Universal, as well as product leadership roles with technology startups MediaNet and Send Word Now.
Valdina holds a B.A. in Design from the State University of New York, Purchase College.
Richard L. Rubin
Business & Financial Advisor
Rubin has spent his entire business career creating added value to multiple businesses within the Men’s and Ladies Fashion Accessory Industry. Since late 2008 his focus has been related to licensing projects with high profile athletes and celebrities as well as numerous operational and efficiency consulting assignments. In the last 15 years, Rubin was responsible for evaluating and purchasing the applications and job boards necessary for his hiring efforts.
Richard started his career in 1969 when he joined Beau Brummell Ties as a regional sales executive. In 1976 Beau Brummell entered into a partnership to market Men’s Isotoner Gloves. This led to his first executive position in 1980. As Vice-President of Aris Isotoner (Division of Sara Lee Corporation) he was the architect in building the world’s largest Men’s glove business. In 1990 he became President of Mundi/Westport Corporation which today remains the largest independent Fashion Leather Goods supplier in the United States. He continued as President of Worldwide Dreams LLC (multiple accessory classifications) in 2001 and became President & CEO of Monarch Designs (luggage and travel related accessories) in 2005. With his visible profile in the industry his peers honored him with the Presidency of the Accessory Council 1994-1998. His business responsibilities throughout his career have allowed him to travel internationally thus acquiring business skills that few poses.
Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Research from Jacksonville University and continued his education at both Harvard and The Wharton School of Business.
Andrew Meyer

Send Word Now - Regional Sales Manager
Meyer currently works for Send Word Now as a Regional Sales Manager. He has played a significant part in the company's revenue generation through direct sales, business development and inside sales team building. He has played an integral role in driving industry standards within the emergency notification services sector.
Before Send Word Now, Mr. Meyer was integral in driving sales and building a sales team of 20 sales reps for WiseAds New Media, a network of eCommerce websites which included some of the largest eCommerce brands, like Buy.com, uBid.com and ePinions.com, during the growth of the internet from 1999-2001. Mr. Meyer’s aggressive revenue booking, and that of his team, helped accelerate the growth of WiseAds to the point of acquisition within one year of his affiliation by About.com, which in turn was purchased by Primedia, Inc and was later sold to The New York Times Company.
Prior to WiseAds New Media, Mr. Meyer was a Private and Institutional Account Executive for Sands Brothers & Co., Ltd., a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange. In his role, Mr. Meyer was a corporate liaison for high net-worth domestic and international clientele, and produced hundreds of new accounts, raising over ten million dollars in investor equity.
Meyer received a B.A. in Psychology from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
Bobby Intharaksa
Analyst, Service Delivery & Product Development Advisor
Intharaksa is responsible for quality assurance, business/competitive analysis, service delivery, and helping the company’s ongoing product development.
Prior to joining the Hirefinders team, Intharaksa served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst for companies such as TOA Technologies, InCharge Institute, Convergys and FedEx Services. Intharaksa has over 10 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology where he helped companies define and implement dynamic solutions through the process of customer interface, requirements analysis/design, quality assurance and product delivery/support. In addition to Intharaksa’s expertise in Information Technology, he has over 7 years of experience in new business capture, account management, technical recruiting and executive search for staff augmentation firms having worked for Modis, Global Computer Associates, Rand Associates and Tech Search. In this role, Intharaksa provided marketing, account management, I.T. consulting, recruiting and direct placement services for affiliated clients that increased the portfolio and profitability of the firm.
Intharaksa has a B.A. in Telecommunications from Penn State University and resides in Clermont, FL with his family.
Jerry Sandler

Jerry Sandler brings over 37 years of advertising/marketing and alliance/partnership experience. His career started with Young & Rubicam in 1971 as an assistant Art Director and soon grew into the position of Art Director / Writer and even co-film director. His abilities encompassed such responsibilities as national and international Print , TV and Radio campaigns and even got involved with new product development, packaging and promotions for Fortune 500 companies. Some of these companies were Frito-Lay, General Electric, Simmons Mattresses, General Foods, Johnson & Johnson, National Distillers, Gulf Oil, Chef Boyardee, Playtex, Mrs. Filberts Margarine, Fortune Magazine Travelers Insurance and others.
After 6 full years of growth and success Sandler left Y&R and started Sandler Advertising Inc. in 1977.
Within the first startup year of Sandler Advertising, because of his creative achievements, Sandler was asked to produce and directing commercials for North American Video and other ad agencies as well. The clients Sandler built up for his full service agency were in the fields of Audio/Visual, Banking, Retail, Computer Technology & Services, Energy, Fashion, Food, Healthcare, Insurance, Marine Supply, Real Estate, Sales Organizations, Telecommunications, Hotel & Travel, and Employment & Executive Search agencies.
In 1998 because of the changing tide in the advertising industry and how advancing technology was changing business in general Sandler revamped Sandler Advertising and renewed it’s business profile and image and changed the name of his company to SAI Advertising Marketing Design.
