Accenture is currently looking for talented sales individuals to help drive the success of our ground floor operation selling Application Outsourcing (AO)/Systems Integration (SI) contracts to clients throughout the U.S. We are looking for results driven individuals that are eager to drive the success and be part of an exciting new venture within our organization.

The Director of Client Services is responsible for generating leads, as well as qualifying and securing new business opportunities. A successful sales executive must be able to establish & strengthen relationships with senior executives, business & technical buyers and key project executives within the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prospecting, identifying & closing new business within the AO/SI market space
Network with industry leaders, Accenture alliance partners, vendors and participate in key industry forums.
Attain established sales/revenue goals
Coordinate sales efforts with Accenture's marketing and sales support organizations
Job Requirement:



Ability to travel extensively (80%) throughout the Unites States and Canada is required.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Four year degree required
6 years of experience selling IT consulting, AO/SI services in a "hunter" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account penetration.
Professional Skill Requirements:

A proven and consistent track record exceeding quotas consisting of annual sales and revenue objectives.
Previous experience selling AO/SI services leveraging the offshore market place is helful.
Possess superior client facing skills; strong ability to articulate; and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information.
Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms
Extensive knowledge of application outsourcing and systems integration with experience or familiarity with current front and back office technologies.
Demonstrated success & track record of sales in project based professional technology services, including and most importantly within the application outsourcing market.
Ability to meet revenue targets of $5-15mil/yr with additional expectations in Total Contract Value (TCV) transactions
